Our band program begins in 5th grade.  This year, the junior high and high school bands are one class, and therefore, one ensemble. 



The band is an essential part of the school and community. The band performs at many events including football games, basketball games, parades, special ceremonies, concerts, graduations, and more. 


Being a part of band often results in students gaining skills in responsibility, dedication, accountability, teamwork, respect, and appreciation for the arts.

Being involved in music is shown to improve scores in all areas, including math and reading, and also helps in reducing drop out rates.



Our instrument sales/supplies/repair rep comes on Monday mornings from Tom's Music House.  I can usually get any supply your student would need, or facilitate instrument repairs if necessary (at your own expense).
