Welcome to my page! Great things are happening in our school.  Something new this year is our online programs for enriching our students.  Students in K-2 are using www.readingeggs.com and grades 3-6  students are using www.studyisland.com.  Reading Recovery training is a program five of our teachers are involved in.  Wow, looks like a busy but fantastic year ahead!!!

Reading Recovery is a program where a trained teacher works intensively with First Grade students on reading and writing for 30 minutes daily for 20 weeks.  Five teachers at our school were granted scholarships to participate in this program through Emporia State University.  We feel very fortunate to have this opportunity.  If you have any questions please feel free to call me anytime.
